Sugar Ridge Estates is a small community of homes which is located north of the Florida Turnpike and about 3.3 miles west of Lake Apopka. Basically between Arrowtree and Lake Apopka. There is plenty of space available in this area and several finer communities are being built there. Some of the lot sizes are very large and it is a community of about 60 home sites. The terrain is rolling but not what would be considered hills.
Only 4 homes have sold here in the previous 3 years. That is a pretty good sign that this community is stable and filled with content owners. All of those homes sold in less than 90 days each. A couple of the homes have sold for around one million dollars but many of the homes are considerably less. The last time I was out there there were a couple of lots left.
Keeping in mind that the Florida Turnpike is nearby and State Highway 27.
