The attic has an additional 10" of insulation for energy savings, and the septic was just pumped. All of this in a great neighborhood that is close to shopping, medical care, and more, but feels more off of the beaten path as you drive down Lake Louisa Rd and arrive in the community with the rare large lot sizes!
